Where we ship
We currently ship to Florida addresses only. Orders with a shipping address outside Florida can’t be placed. We hope to expand in the future.
Age verification
All tobacco products are for adults 21 and older. At checkout you must provide your date of birth and confirm you are 21 or older. We may ask for additional proof of age before shipping, and we will cancel and refund any order we cannot verify.
An adult 21 or older may be required to sign for your package. If no one of legal age is available, the carrier may hold or return the package.
Processing and delivery
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and the shipping option you choose at checkout. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Availability
Our online stock is shared with our Jacksonville shop and updates automatically. In the rare case an item sells out in the store before your order is packed, we’ll contact you and refund that item.
